1) Order will be arranged after payment confirmed.2) No cancellation of orders is accepted, and all flowers sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All the deposit or payment cannot be refunded.
3) If you wish to change your order, a notification of 7 days in advance is required.
4) If there are any unexpected matters caused from customers need to be extended the delivery date, it needs to advise us 7 days before. We can allow extend 1 time and it will be used up within 3 months.
5) For order that has included delivery service, the service is only providing one time delivery. Additional service charges will be incurred in case the flower cannot deliver due to wrong address. If the flower is undeliverable to recipient in person, we will leave the flowers at front door or pass to building management office.
6) We have the rights to reject deliver to any areas that is dangerous or harmful to our delivery members.
7) Delivery will be suspended and re-scheduled when a typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or black rainstorm warning is in effect. Further rearrangement of the delivery service will be made.
8) Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
9) All flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown in the photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
